1 Account Eligibility

To register and use the Parimatch Malaysia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Reside in or access the platform from a region where online betting is permitted under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not listed on any prohibited list by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any betting platform.

Parimatch reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and suspend an account while verification is in progress. Accounts found to be ineligible will be terminated immediately and any remaining funds will be returned once the investigation is complete.

2 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at Parimatch Malaysia. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

Documents that may be required for KYC verification include:

3 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawal conditions:

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions:

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid remaining funds will be returned once all required checks have been completed.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Parimatch Malaysia provides its online betting platform services on an as-is basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee a service entirely free from technical disruptions, failures, or unplanned downtime.

• Parimatch is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the user's end.

• Parimatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using the platform.
• Our maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active deposits in that user's account.

10 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Parimatch Malaysia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via:

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions is the official version applicable to all Parimatch Malaysia users. In the event of any inconsistency with translations in other languages, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence.
